Joseph Mathew is the WCEAM 2010's Congress Chair and also WCEAM's General Chair. He is Chief Executive Officer of the CRC for Infrastructure and Engineering Asset Management, Australia. Lin Ma is Programme Leader of the Capability Optimisation Programme in the CRC for Infrastructure and Engineering Asset Management. Andy Tan is Professor in the School of Engineering Systems, Queensland University of Technology. Margot Weijnen is Professor for Process and Energy Networks at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, Delft University of Technology. She is the Founding and Scientific Director of the international research centre for Next Generation Infrastructures. Jay Lee is Ohio Eminent Scholar and L.W. Scott Alter Chair Professor in Advanced Manufacturing at the University of Cincinnati and Co-Director Intelligent Maintenance Systems Center, USA.
